Beautiful room available in prime NQ location!!!

Hello everyone,

A room has become available in the flat I currently live in as my housemate will be moving on to new pastures 😊 I’d preferably like to stay put in the flat and extend the tenancy - it’s a lovely lil flat in the heart of Manchester, in a great location!! & soooo, the hunt is on for a new Tennant to join me.

Here’s what you need to know

Location:
The flat is just off great Ancoats street, in between NQ and Ancoats. It’s a 10 minute walk to Piccadilly station and about 2 minutes to Stevenson square (pints soon??) Been spending a lot of time at new Islington marina recently and that’s about 5 min walk away!!

Bills:
All the bills are currently in my name, so there’s nothing to set up and get sorted from your side.

Council tax = £102.50 pp
Electricity = £60 pp
Water = £21 pp
Wifi = £13 pp

Total = £196.50 per month (figure is subject to slight change)

The flat:
Available to move in on the 15th of sept. The flat is furnished and has a ridiculously comfy sofa. There is also a 50 inch smart TV with sound bar so movie nights are pretty incredible. The kitchen has all you would need - induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and dish washer! Loads of cupboard space and there’s also a closet type thing which currently has a shoe rack in and is home to the hoover and other house bits. All the windows in the flat are floor to ceiling and there is a sliding door in the middle communal space. The block has a gym on the bottom floor and also an accessible rooftop with class views of the city. There’s a concierge service which runs everyday from 08:00 - 19:00

About me:
I moved up to Manchester from Brighton around 10 months ago and have been loving it so far! I work in the pharmaceutical sector as a brand manager, basically just marketing for a prescription medicine. I’m 27, been uni, been on a snowboard season and love dogs (all the good stuff!). I’m super chilled, and like to keep the communal areas somewhat tidy - although am not psychotic with it lol. As I’m still fairly new to the city, I want a flat mate that i get a long and whos down to chill some evenings. I like to go for drinks in town and be sociable with friends - i’m fairly active and go to the gym when I can and have recently got into hiking/mountaineering 😂 - am also into my fashion and kickboxing - basically I just want to experience life and have a lovely time tbh
