Hi, sadly my flatmate is moving out in August as he's moving away. The move in date can be 1st of Aug onwards, but probably earlier if needed

Apartment is on the 22nd floor so it has amazing views! My room has the en suite which means the main bathroom will mostly be yours! Building location is perfect, a 5-10min walk to Deansgate, NQ, Victoria station, Spinningfields etc.

I've lived here for the past two years and absolutely love the flat. Everything is still very new and a high spec, and the location makes it easy to get anywhere in the city, and it's right next to tram and train stations to go further afield.

Amenities:
The building includes: gym, yoga studio, lounge, roof terrace, meeting rooms, co-working spaces and a 43rd floor Sky Lounge with panoramic views across both Salford and Manchester (great for co-working), free coffee machine.

Cost:
Your rent will be £800 as I will pay more to have the bigger room and en suite. Wifi is included in the rent. Other bills average between £150-200 p/m depending on time of year. Room is fully furnished to a high standard. Main bathroom (included in pics) will mainly be yours to use! Any questions let me know

About Me:
I've lived in MCR for around 8 years now, I work as a marketing manager, typically 1/2 days at home (or in co working space) per week and other days at the office. After work I tend to go to the gym/play sports, or I'm out for drinks / food, gigs etc so I'm usually out in the evening.

I'm a clean and respectful guy. Looking for someone chill with similar-ish interests to make living together hassle free. Ideally to watch the footy with and go for the odd pint would be ideal. My last housemate was a spareroom and we got on great due to similar interests, looking for the same!
