Double en suite room in Manchester City centre

My flatmate is moving back home so her unfurnished double en suite room is available. (She is willing to sell some of her bedroom furniture to a new flatmate for cheap if needed).

The bedroom itself is spacious with a big floor to ceiling window so loads of natural light. The en suite is a large family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. The lounge/kitchen is huge and will be mostly furnished with stuff I already have (although if you have anything you wanna add pls feel free). Kitchen has dishwasher/washing machine/etc. Large balcony off of the lounge that gets one of the best sunsets in Manchester. Rent is £700 and bills are usually £150-200.

I’m a 29y/o secondary school teacher looking for someone who’s clean/tidy obvs and would wanna go for a pint every now and again.
