NQ Penthouse

Hi! My name is Samantha,
I'm one of the current Tennant that is leaving this apartment so we have 2 rooms available.
You would be living with a 25yr old girl named season who has a lovey little cat named lucky.
The two rooms available are the larger, double rooms.
One has an en-suite, and both are furnished with open plan wardrobes, bedside draws, electric blinds, and double beds.
The flat has been newly renovated with a lovely modern feel, its has a large balcony and a private rooftop. There is a huge kitchen space with floor to ceiling windows brightening the whole living area, which leads to the room-length balcony.
There's a large bathroom with a bath/shower that is shared, between 2 rooms, the en-suite and also a small bathroom downstairs.

We need to fill these room as soon as possible and we are open to any kind of person as long as your friendly and clean!
