Me and my flatmate have to relocate due to our work commit. We are looking for people to replace our tenancy by the end of October. If you have earlier date can be discussed.

The flat has two King Bedrooms one is En-suite and one the bathroom is just next to the room. Both beds has under bed storage. Great storage, it has built in Microwave and other appliances. As we are moving we will be giving our desk and drawers for free to whoever replaces our tenancy. We also have other kitchen appliances on offer such as toaster, kettle, air fryer and rice cooker.

Located on the fourth floor. Wi-Fi included, bills not included such as electricity, water and tax. Tax is band D.
