Short-Term Flatshare in New Islington - 5-6 Weeks

I am looking for a person to fill my room in my 3-bed flat in New Islington, for 5-6 weeks whilst I am away (6th of October until 14th of November).

I have lived in the flat for 3 years and you would be renting the room in an apartment with two of my friends.

There is an open plan living room - kitchen space, with a small balcony with a view of the Etihad and Peaks.

There is one main bathroom in the flat, however this room has an en suite.

My flatmates work 9-5 jobs and enjoy hanging out with friends, cooking, going to the gym and trying out new restaurants and bars in their free time.

There is a two-storey car park downstairs, with secure cycle storage - N. B. we do not have an allocated car parking space with our flat.

There is also a communal green space accessed from the second floor of the adjacent building, that has recently reopened.
