Room in lovely Angel Meadows 3 bed

Hello!
Double bedroom available in a lovely bright corner flat in the Meadowside development, sharing a bathroom with one male. Available from 26th October (but can be sooner if needed!). The flat overlooks Angel Meadows park, and is located between Ancoats and Victoria station (5-10 min walk to either, 5-10 min walk to Northern Quarter). Rent includes access to the building's gym, co-working space and terrace, and 24-hour concierge. There is a big Foundation Coffee underneath our building.

You would be living with Ed and myself (Francine), both 25 years old. Ed is an accountant from Bristol, working from the office 4-5 days a week. I am originally from Kent; I work in Heritage, mostly working from home. We both are pretty routine in the week, both go to the gym/work out regularly and enjoy cooking/chilling at home. We both have social lives outside the flat and enjoy going for drinks/out to eat/for runs/walks/countryside/etc., but also would be lovely to make friends with our new flatmate as Ed and myself are already good friends.

Rent £675 pcm, subject to change as the tenancy renews at the beginning of November so a small increase may be expected (last year this was only £25 each). Bills usually come to approx. £130 a month (including wifi/electric/water/council tax/telly).
