Lovely double room, plenty of space and furnished. Large window and city view. Parking can be purchased in the area and potentially under the building - would be your job to explore this option. You will have your own bathroom only ever shared in the event of guests which offers a bath and shower. Kitchen and shared living room is fully furnished with all amenities. I myself have lived here for 6 years, it's a great spot easy to get into the city and it would be great to get a social and chilled out flat mate who is self sufficient.
