As I’m moving to Germany for work, I’m looking for someone to take over my current contract from 20th August to 20th October. After that, a new contract can be signed, lasting until mid-April or for a full year (please note: rent will increase with the new contract).
Council Tax Band: Salford band D
Additional Cost: £50.00 referencing fee for the new tenant
Room: Small double bedroom with exclusive use of the main bathroom

Shared Areas: Living room and kitchen
Communal areas: a 24-hour concierge and an onsite gym — no need to worry about parcels or paying for a separate gym membership.
Rough monthly bills breakdown
•Council tax: £122.50 each
•WiFi: £18 each
•Water and electricity: Dependent on usage, but roughly around £60-70 each
Location: M&S, Selfridges and Manchester Victoria station within 5-10 mins.
