Are you interested in buddying up for a Greengate apartment? I’m looking for a professional female roommate to live with me. The listing price is for the larger ensuite room, but this may change depending on room availability. The move-in date is approximate.

The deposit amount is yet to be determined.

This is a fully furnished 2b2b apartment, which includes a 24-hour concierge and an onsite gym. Bills are not included. The council tax band is D (Salford). I’m unsure about the other bills as they will depend on the supplier and our usage.

The location is very convenient: just 30 seconds to Sainsbury's Local and a 5-minute walk to the Arndale. It’s a cosy area at night, offering both convenience and comfort.

If you are still on probation at work, you may need a guarantor in the UK.

A bit about me: I’m originally from Japan and have been living in Manchester for about two years. I work in marketing and go to the office daily. I’m tidy and easygoing.
My hobbies include Reformer Pilates, eating out, cooking, solo traveling, and visiting museums.
I’m not into partying, so I’d prefer to live with someone who has a similar lifestyle.
