Double room with en-suite in ancoats

Hey! I’m looking for a flatmate to move in on the 11th of October in a 2 bed with an en-suite at the Cotton Field Wharf development right on the marina.

Rent is £684 a month and bills come to around £160/170 a month.

The flat has a gym, concierge and parking is available at an additional cost. I have furnished the shared areas and my flatmate is willing to leave any of her furniture at a much reduced price if needed.


I’m a 26 year old professional working in town (hybrid schedule), and i’m looking for a clean friendly flatmate. My cat Tilly will be your other flatmate, who’s super sociable and loves a cuddle. I tend to be quite introverted in the flat, but I also love having post work chats with my current flatmate and enjoy going out to the pub often. I’m quite a light sleeper so would prefer someone who didn’t work unsociable hours.
