I am moving out of my flatshare as I am moving into a flat with my partner! It is very exciting, but does mean that I have to give up my current room, maybe to you!
The room is a large double room with a built-in mirrored wardrobe, it comes with a chest of drawers and two bedsite tables and lamps. You will see that I have managed to fit a desk and a full size stage piano in, and I still have room for activities! The ensuite is also a great size, it has a bath with a rainfall shower and a flexible shower head. There is a large storage shelf AND the bathroom mirror is actually a cupboard, so you can fit all your skincare and toilet rolls inside!
The place also has a larger than average (of the flats I have seen!) living/dining/kitchen area. All modern appliances, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. The table and chairs come with the flat, as do the sofa and armchair, coffee table, TV stand, and rug. There is a large cupboard with the boiler and washer/drier in with ample space for ironing board, clothes drier, carrier bags, etc.
The two rooms on the left as you enter that you can't see are Stuart's bedroom and his bathroom, his is not ensuite, but we keep them seperately. The rooms are almost identical in size, so rent is split 50-50.
The site also has a gym, resident's lounge/coworking space, and terrace that you are free to use, I don't have any pics, but we can see them when you come for a viewing!
We have been in the flat since summer 2023, so the price is still great, I think it is below market value based on my recent searches for flats!

Bills are not included, Stuart is in charge of all of them, but they are:
Council tax band D - £86 pppm
Energy is all electricity (modern boiler and barely needs heating as these new build flats are really well insulated!)
Water is on a meter, we pay around £50 per person quarterly.
Wifi is £18.50 pppm
