Chill Flatmate Wanted

Hi! my flatmate finished her degree and is moving out, while I still have a year left of my masters in architecture. anyone is welcome, though I would prefer another student due to council tax issues.

about the flat
its located really close to both uni and city centre, as well as quite a few shops just a minute away, as well as a gym. it's really peaceful and secure, haven't had any issues since living here. the flat is on the corner of the building, getting plenty of sunlight throughout the day (Manchester weather permitting), spacious shared bathroom, recently remodelled.
the room for rent is the larger one in the flat, and since I have the small room I have to keep my desk in the living room and will have to continue to do so. I have a vacuum and coffee maker already, so those aren't things to worry about.

my name's Andreea, I'm from Romania, came here to study and have been living in Manchester for about 5 years now. I've been told I'm pretty chill to have as a flatmate, so I sort of expect someone similar. I like to keep the space clean and tidy (though I understand things tend to pile up around deadlines and exams). usually I like to spend my limited free time on my own, but I am not opposed to joined activities. I prefer to keep the flat quite, but things like having people over or a party, I don't mind as long as I'm given a heads-up.

as I've said, I kind of expect someone similar to have as a flatmate, someone chill and tidy, who I can communicate easily and have a respectful living situation with.
