Room in apartment in city centre

I'm looking for a flatmate to move in from December or January. The room is fully furnished and all bills are included within the monthly rent. The flat has a prime location within Manchester City Centre. The flat is located close to the Oxford Road area so all local amenities are within walking distance. Manchester University is 5 minutes walk, Piccadilly is 10 minutes walk. I'm in my last year of drama school and I also work as a Chef. I'm a positive and active person and I am very respectful of other people’s space. Students and professionals are both welcome to enquire.
