The apartment is in a design award winning, converted Victorian building which has many original features. The flat has the usual mod cons and, uniquely, its own private courtyard garden which is south facing and gets full sun throughout the day (so we have great summer BBQs).

Nearby cultural attractions include the People’s History and Science Museums, and the Rylands Library. Parsonage & St Johns Gardens are close too and the beautiful Peel Park is 10 mins away.

We are just 6 mins walk from Deansgate, 3 from Spinningfields and Just 1 min from New Bailey. Salford Central train station is across the road and the apartment is close to major bus routes (including the 50 to Didsbury-Salford quays; and the V2 shuttle to Manchester University); Victoria Station is 10 mins away.

£750 month (this includes rent, council tax (band B), service charge, and superfast broadband/media) +£500 deposit. Electric (monthly) and water (quarterly) are additional bills.
