This property is Transmission House on Tib street, right behind Market street. The location is amazing and everything is at your door step.

I’m looking for a female flatmate to buddy up and move in to this furnished 2 bed flat.
I’m a full-time working professional and work 4 days from the office and 1 day from home.
I tend to keep the place very clean and I’m looking for someone who does the same.

The holding deposit is £180 to book the place and today is the last day! This will be subtracted from the first months’ rent.

Security deposit is 5 weeks’ rent which is £1788( £894 per person) and will be refunded when you leave.

Rent is £1550(£775 per person) excluding bills.

Council tax Band D.

The rent and security deposit can be paid one week before move in and not right now.
