Looking for someone to sign a contract for a tenancy renewal on a 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment. The room is located on the 20th floor and comes with a private bathroom just outside of the room.
My flatmate is moving out at the end of the tenancy in mid November, so looking for someone else to fill the gap.
The apartment is located 5 min walking from Exchange Square Station or the Arndale, 3min from Sainsbury and many other shops.
It's a luxury building with all facilities:
1. Dedicated concierge service
2. On-site gym
3. Terrace garden
4. Co-working space
5. Resident lounge
6- Club Room (Very good for a pre drink or after party)
- Gaming room (There is a pool, and other games to spend time with friends)
I also have the ability to end my current contract and take a fresh new apartment of the same type that will be in excellent condition.
Bills usually come to about £170 more,
Council Tax Band B
I work Monday- Friday until 8pm and usually from home in my room or in the co-working space. Preferably looking for a professional.
I work in the energy sector as a Business Analyst. My interests include listening to music's, traveling and going out.
