Room includes bed, bedside table (one in the living room) and wardrobe. Shared kitchen/living area. Big sofa and TV/xbox/speaker. 8th floor flat with balcony so if a smoker, happy to let you smoke out there. Also a secure car parking space below the building.

Absolutely gutted to be leaving but due to ill-health this is my only option. The current flatmate is a 25 year old professional. Very laid back and great to live with. Looking for someone ideally in their 20s who works. Mon-Fri have general work/gym routine. Then usually out with mates drinking, hiking, chilling at weekends.
