Spare room in the Northern Quarter

Hi! I have a spare room available to rent from the 1st October onwards. The flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms so you would have a bathroom to yourself. The rent is 625 pcm exluding bills and the contract renews every month so you can choose how long you wish to stay. I don't mind if you are a student or a young professional as long as you are friendly and clean/tidy! Please message me if you are interested or would like more info :)

A bit about myself: I (the landlord) am currently living here alone and I have just started a masters in Manchester, so I plan to live in Manchester at least for the next two years. I enjoy chill nights in, cooking, watching netflix and occaisonal pub trips, I also love sports, gym swimming and yoga.

(If you're not a student, the flat is in band D for council tax but you would be eligible for a 25% single person discount)
