Room to rent in the city centre

I am having to move out, i have shared this two bed flat with my flatmate for 2 years. It is a lovely flat with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen/lounge. It has a small balcony. It is well situated in the city centre, a 2 minute walk to Victoria station and a 10 minute walk to Piccadilly station. My current flat mate is outgoing, easy going and likes to socialise. He is in full time employment and works from home most days. The landlord is very understanding, keeps the property in good condition and always makes sure any problems we have are fixed. The council tax is £180 a month. It is band C.
