Due personal circumstances, I’m having to leave my tenancy early and looking for someone to replace me.
Rent is £700 and bills come to roughly £150 per month.
The room is available from October 13th so looking for someone who can move in then (references required). You will also need to pay myself the deposit of £800 and then once you leave the tenancy, you will get it back from estate agents (estate agent can confirm this too!)
The flatmate you will be moving in with is a 27 year old female, often keeps herself to herself but also up for being social, so ideally looking for someone similar.
