Double room own bathroom in modern flat with 26F!

Hi! I'm Za, a 26 year old female from London. I moved to Manchester a year ago and my flatemate is now moving out so I have a room available in this lovelyyy flat that I don't wanna lose!

The room:
-Available from 27th November.
-Spacious double, comes with the bed, a chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table.
-There's room for a desk and other things like a bookshelf
-Floor to ceiling window
-You'd have your own bathroom (not an en suite though) as the other room is an en suite. It has a bathtub and huge cabinets (makeup and beauty lovers' dream!)
-There's also a big storage cupboard outside the room which you'd have exclusive use of.

The flat:
-The flat is so spacious, modern high high spec. I've genuinely not seen a bigger flat for a 2 bed before! So good for hosting parties & dinners!
-There's an open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The kitchen has a massive fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, plus lots of cupboard space.
-It's a lovely modern block, I think it was only built a couple of years ago and only one tenant has lived in this flat previously.
-The building has a gym and coworking lounge.
-It's all very safe and maintained well, haven't had any issues in the last year.
-There's a carpark and bike storage in the basement. I have no idea how these work or how much they cost but I can find out if needed.
-The flat is located right on Angel Meadow gardens which is lovelyy especially in the summer.
-It's in the NOMA area and I love it here - loads of cool bars and restaurants popping up around here, I think it's seriously underrated and a lil hidden gem! And it's a 5/10 min walk to NQ, the Marina, Arndale, Shudehill tram.

Price:
-Rent is £725 pcm. Bills have been an additional £150-200 this past year.
-Deposit is £835.

About me:
I'm a 26 year old single civil servant from London. I moved up last year as I fancied a change and my work has an office up here so I took the chance!

I'd like to think I'm very chill, accepting and conscientious. My interests are gym, yoga, calisthenics, eating out, raves and music festivals. Would love to do more walks in the peaks and stuff as I've not done much of that since moving up! My fav spots in Manchester are the Angel (lovely lil pub next to the flat), Soup and flawd.

I have a very leftwing worldview and would need my flatemate to as well!

I work hybrid and I'm in the office 2 or 3 days a week. I also spend a bit of time in London so you'd have the flat to yourself usually a few days a month.

I'm quite busy and have a lot of my own stuff going on, but I'm still relatively new to Manchester so it would be lovely to actually be friends with my flatmate and do some stuff together!

About you:
I'm looking for a professional female aged 25+ who is kind, fun, chill and clean! And as above, I don't want to just be passing flatmates, so I'm looking for someone who will want to go for a drink, yoga class, night out or cook dinner together sometimes :)
