Northern Quarter - Spacious Double w/ en-suite

I'm looking for a new flatmate as my current one (girlfriend) is relocating to London for work.

The room is a spacious double, fully furnished, and comes with its own ensuite bathroom. The flat features a large, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space and a dishwasher, as well as a homely living area with a balcony.

Brilliant location, situated in the heart of Northern Quarter right above Gooey cafe. It's approx 5-minute walk from the Arndale, Shudehill Interchange, and Victoria Station.

I’m hoping to find a flatmate who is friendly, considerate, and easy-going. Someone who is respectful of shared spaces and can appreciate a peaceful home environment.

I work full-time as a Technology Internal Auditor for a bank, with a hybrid working pattern (usually 2-3 days in the office). In my free time, I enjoy films, going to the gym, gaming, and exploring new restaurants.

Rent is £750 and bills will be split between us - approx £150 each.
