Hey everyone!
My current flatmate James is sadly moving out to go travelling and I am looking for a new flatmate to agree to moving in ASAP.
You would have a double room and the end bathroom is all yours (as I have an en-suite in my room), balcony access from your bedroom, a big open living space and roof access as it's a top floor apartment.
It's in the heart of the Northern Quarter above Yard and Coop - great location! Rent is £675 a month and with bills works out at about £875 (goes up and down a bit depending on energy bills).
A little about me: I'm a 29 year old professional and I am a Trainee Psychologist. My week is a mix of being on placement, at university or on study days. My main hobbies are Netball, hikes, travelling, gigs, reading and the occasional geek out in a museum. I still like a night out or a festival during the summer. I'm a pretty clean housemate, I actually find washing up therapeutic for staving off the Sunday scaries....and of course, it wouldn't be a spare room advert without saying that I love to socialise but respect everyone's space. Socialising for me can come in the form of watching a film together, going for a coffee/drink or just exploring Manchester. I am looking for someone who wants to be mates as well as housemates.
The tenancy doesn't start until start of January, but I would need full confirmation from you by the end of October at the latest, as the estate agent otherwise wants to put the flat back on the market quickly. The flat is great and I really don't want to leave!
