Beautify Accommodation In City Centre

I am the formal roommate now is moving out and living with my boyfriend, the tennancy starts on 11.10th but you could move in earlier. This flat is a 2b2b, the bathroom is not in the bedroom but you get share the exclusive large place for doing makeup and skincare : ) Living room is pretty spacious, my roommate wfh during the daytime so you get full access to the living room most of the time! It is on ground floor, and facing street, that could be a bummer for some. But I’d say it’s great for those enjoys a late night out at city centre and don’t want to take a cab to go home after a long day. It is 20min walk to shopping centre, Vue Printworks cinema, also within 20min to UoM. Couldn’t find a more versatile and economical option than this! Fully equipped with washing machine, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Monthly bill is around 80pounds annually, 50pounds for non winter times.
