I’m looking for someone to move into my room from December, can be flexible on a moving date. I’m sadly moving back home after living in Manchester for almost 2 years.

It’s a double room in a modern 2 bedroom apartment. Full use of the main bathroom to yourself. Internet is included in the rent, and total cost per month is around £960 including bills.

Amazing location, 5 minute walk to Arndale and centre of town. The building has great amenities including a gym, cinema room, sky lounge and multiple roof terraces.

You’ll be sharing with another girl who is lovely, very clean and sociable. We’ve lived together for a year and a half after meeting on SpareRoom.
