I am a postgrad student finishing my degree now. I will be moving out from Manchester and currently looking for a student to take over the tenancy.
Tenancy to take over at Mill Point student accommodation - Unite students - M1 2AR. Room details:
* Price: £194/week all bills included
* Tenancy takeover until August 2025
* Room type: Ensuite (window view towards mayfield deport park)
* Flat: of 6 residents, only 5 living at the moment including myself (3 females 2 male) all students.
* Shared kitchen with all appliances (it is very clean, flatmates are responsible people and we have a rota for bins and stuff).
* Location: next to Piccadilly station (1 min walk), trams and buses. You have Sainsbury’s 2 mins away and Aldi is 10-15 min walk away. Deport Mayfield park is also next door.
