Two rooms available in one Manchester’s best area’

Currently living in a Manchester Life 3 bedded flat in New Islington that requires a contract renewal starting November 1st.
I am ideally looking for two male's in their 20's who are both professional and sociable.
I've lived here for the past two years after moving to Manchester, my two current flat mates are both leaving for the purpose of saving for a mortgage and travelling.
I originally anticipated that I would also be leaving Manchester by the end of the tenancy but due to personal circumstances I've had to postpone this until next year. I'm reluctant to move out given the quality of the flat, the location and the price compared to similar properties in the city.
I have currently been offered the opportunity to renew the tenancy for 7 months, 1 year or 2 years.
The price per room represents a 7 month contract however I would be happy to sign a longer contract and find a replacement for my tenancy further down the line.
The living area will come already furnished by myself however each room will be unfurnished.

About me:
I'm a 28 year old Irish lad who moved over to study Nursing down South in 2016. After Covid I decided to shake things up and move to Manchester on a whim. I was extremely lucky to have met two guys on SpareRoom just before hand and somehow we managed to find this flat. I've made friends for life after these two years, and it's sad to part but I'm hoping for it to happen again this time round.
I'm a sociable person, like to go for a few pints and meet people. My job requires me to do shift work including nights however this should not deter you from getting on with your day.
