The building is in a great location, less than 10 mins from Manchester Victoria Train station, Shudehill & Victoria Tram Station, Arndale Centre and Ancoats. The building complex has a gym, co-working space and terrace. It's a corner flat and has large windows that overlook Angel Meadows park.
Our flatmate is moving out of the room so we are looking for a replacement. The tenancy agreement runs until the 13th August but has a 6-month break clause (and current flatmates may want to use this and move out around mid Feb). We would have to resign with the new agreement so you would need to pass reference checks and pay a security deposit (around £808).
Bills are to be paid on top of rent and are approximately (pp): Wifi £8.50, Water £19, Electricity £32-£150 (Summer-Winter), Council Tax £69.

You would be living with two young professionals- 29 year and 26 years old. I work hybrid and do a masters, while my flatmate works full-time in the office. We tend to be quite busy with work during the week but we usually chill watching TV/cooking in the evenings and have plans during the weekend.
