Double Room w/ bathroom - St Ann’s Square

Two girls (24) looking to fill a room in our 3 bed flat as our current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend. We both work in marketing, love reading, baking, chilling at the flat watching films but also the occasional pub night 🍸 We both go to the gym and yoga/pilates classes a few times a week, which is only a two minute walk from the flat.

The room available is a double room (furnished) with plenty of wardrobe space and it has its own bathroom, due to both other rooms having en suites. The kitchen is really big with lots of storage and we’re both quite clean and tidy :) The flat is super central, so has great tram and train links and amenities all around.

We each do two days a week working from so ideally looking for someone who is more office based, or can be flexible with their routine.
