-A Bit About Me and the Flat -
Originally from London, I am currently in the final year of my doctorate at UoM. I am looking for either a mature student or a professional to share the space with, as I am a mixture of the two. I am a gay man who is (obviously) LGBTQ+ friendly and is keen to make new friends.
The flat has a spacious two-bedroom and two-bathroom right in the city centre with an allocated parking space in the garage and a concierge service (included). It is close to the universities if that's of interest to you. We have a large kitchen, balcony and living space that is fully furnished, including Apple TV, utensils, etc. You will have a double bedroom with a bathroom (not en-suite but opposite your bedroom). As I'm classed as a full-time student, I am not eligible to pay council tax but my student status will entitle you to a 25% discount. The flat is in Band E. The lease ends at the end of August 2025, when I plan on leaving, but I imagine that you can, negotiate a rolling contract if that works for you.
