Rental agreement:
This is a 12 month joint tenancy agreement with a 2 month break clause. The total for the rent is £1400. The room that is being advertised is the bigger room which is why there is a £50 extra to it (you will be paying £750).

This will be your space as much as it is mine, I want you to use the communal areas to your comfort, feel at home, and I have nothing against having visitors over. All I ask for is mutual respect.
