Rental agreement:
This is a 12 month joint tenancy agreement with a 2 month break clause. The total for the rent is £1400. The room that is being advertised is the bigger room which is why there is a £50 extra to it (you will be paying £750).

I consider myself to be friendly, empathetic, and sociable, but also love my own space and time. I am a very clean individual and always keep on top of things. In my free time I mostly game, hang out with friends, travel, festivals. Love meeting new people, going on nights out and chilled nights in. I also love plants so you can expect to see many of them around the apartment. Hoping to find like minded people here.

I would like for the place to be as comfortable for each other with a mutual understanding that we share a roof. I'm very chilled and have the regular expectations. This will be your space as much as it is mine, I want you to use the communal areas to your comfort, feel at home, and I have nothing against having visitors over. All I ask for is mutual respect.
