Looking for a replacement for my flatmate. The tenancy starts from the 1st of December.
I'm looking for a friendly and clean flatmate. It's a two bed flat with one bigger ensuite and smaller room with a private bathroom.
It's a nice and cozy flat, 10min walk to Arndale. 15min walk to Picadilly gardens
The rent of the whole flat is 1250 I pay 675 for the larger room.
Council tax: 232
Electricity: 50 approx
Water: 20 approx
Bills will be split between the two equally.
References and everything will be done by the landlord and it can take about 2 weeks.
