The apartment comes with ALL bills included (Including council tax, electricity/Gas, Broadband etc), fully furnished, so you can pretty much roll out of your old bed into this apartment.

The room available to rent (available 23rd November) is a large bedroom with an en-suite.

Apartment:
There is an open communal area with living area, L shaped sofa and kitchen area with island and bar stools. We have practicality in mind and have therefore created lots of storage space around the apartment too!

Couples will be considered for a surcharge
We would also consider shorter term lets.

About me (the current tenant):

I am a 24 year old male working as a software engineer for a financial data company in Manchester. Most of the time I work 9-5 from the office. I like working out, doing martial arts and running, but I also enjoy going out and having a drink/something nice to eat, or doing fun activities, when time allows. I’m quite a laid back person, very easy to live with, but I do like keeping the communal areas clean and tidy, and I would expect the same from you. Ideally, I’d like to live with a sociable person with who I can be friends, not just acquaintances!
