Hi! I’m a 26-year-old female looking for a flatmate to share a 2-bed, 2-bath build-to-rent apartment from the end of January.

🔎 I’m new(ish) to Manchester and work in marketing. I spend a lot of time at WeWork or local cafes, and I’m always up for a coffee or a drink. I love spending time reading, whether it's a good book or exploring new ideas, and I’m always up for a chat or socialising with friends. I also take pride in keeping shared spaces tidy and organised, making sure we all feel comfortable and respected in our living environment.

I'm looking for a friendly, easygoing female flatmate who values a clean, tidy, and respectful living space. Ideally, you'd be someone who’s considerate of shared areas and enjoys keeping things organized. I’m all about creating a laid-back, positive vibe at home, so someone who’s down-to-earth, approachable, and enjoys a chat over coffee or a drink would be a perfect fit!

🏠 The apartment is spacious, with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, plus a balcony that runs the length of the apartment. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and each has its own ensuite. The Chapel Wharf community is vibrant and offers fantastic amenities including a gym, lounge, and garden areas.
