Description
Luxurious modern flat in the heart of Manchester.
Looking for someone to flat share in City Centre Manchester. Classed as Salford, but the apartment block is just the other side of Spinningfields, so just a 10-minute walk into town. It's a perfect calm spot I'm so lucky to have found, just minutes from the hustle and bustle of Manchester City Centre.
I work for the NHS Monday > Friday and enjoy my social life outside the apartment on weekends meeting friends for food/coffee and shopping. Looking for a flatmate who is respectful and easy to get on with. I'm really chilled out, and like my peace, so there won't be any issues with me. I'm very respectful of people's space and I'm not noisy in the slightest.
The flat has a microwave, washer/dryer and a dishwasher included. I also have an airfryer you can use, and a widescreen TV in the living room. It's really cosy and the apartment keeps the warmth in.
There is a communal area in the apartment block for anyone who works from home, and a really pretty outdoor area for when this cold weather lets up...
There is a quaint coffee shop downstairs which sells really delicious food & coffee, and opposite is a tapas restaurant called Portas which I love - 10/10.
Room is a double bed, large size to fit what you need in (desk etc) and you will have ownership of the main bathroom which has a nice bath/shower combo. It's a really big bathroom with a huge mirror that oversees the full space.
Council Tax Band C (approx £100 a month).
£625 rent
£25 each internet (looking to go cheaper, so might be more like £15 each if we find a good provider!)
£60 (approx) electric
£28 (approx) water (paid 6-monthly)
Total around £800 all bills included.
