City Centre Penthouse - Modern Fully Furnished

The room:
We have a room available in a top floor (13th floor) 3 bed apartment. The apartment has a balcony and stunning triple aspect panoramic views of the city centre and across to the Peak District hills. The apartment is fully furnished, with each room having a large in built wardrobe. There is also washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and induction hub and we’ve provided a tv, microwave, espresso machine and air fryer. The available room is on the smaller side, so a single bed or a double bed can be provided depending on your preference. A bed side table and chest of draws are available too. The bathroom is shared with one person (female). The building also comes with a resident lounge, a roof terrace, parcel storage, bike storage and socials.

- Tanya, 22, Professional photographer
Kat will be a tenant for the first three months of the tenancy, after which she will move out as Tanya will be moving into her room, having returned from her travels. Elliot will be a tenant for the full year.

Kat and Elliot are two friends from Shropshire who have been friends since school and have currently lived in the apartment for the last two years. Tanya joined the flat last year via Spareroom. She is originally from Staffordshire and has lived in Manchester for 3 years.

We enjoy visiting our local pubs and sometimes going out afterward. We also like meeting new people and are excited to have a new flatmate.

Location:
Great location on the corner of Port street and Great Ancoats street. Being in Northern Quarter, there’s so many great options for food and drink on our doorstep.
