We're looking to fill a double room in our lovely three bed flat in the heart of Ancoats! The flat is on the 11th floor with amazing views across both West and South Manchester. The bathroom is shared with one other person in the flat. The flat comes with a great little balcony that is an absolute sun trap (so make sure to wear spf when you're on it!) and if you're feeling fancy there is a residents roof terrace with sun loungers and lots of lovely herbs. On the ground floor we benefit from 24hr concierge as well as a residents lounge which has a work from home space!

The flat is a 2 minute walk from Aldi for all your essential shopping needs, as well as pure gym if you enjoy exercise? More importantly, we're super close to variety of great bars and restaurants and tend to head out for food and drinks at least once a week. If you need public transport, fear not as we are only 5 minutes from Piccadilly station and 3 minutes from Piccadilly Gardens tram stop. The building comes with secure cycle storage.

Council tax is £88 each and because the flat is quite new, and there are so many windows for the sun, we haven't used the heating once so our bills are pretty cheap!

We're fun and outgoing people who love to party but also enjoy a chilled out evening with a good film, homemade meal and lots of snacks (courtesy of nearby Aldi).
