Hi all,

I'm looking for someone to take over the vacant room in my city centre apartment.

The rent is £575, council tax is £125 so with bills it would be below £800 all in all.

This would be for short term basis, with a one month rolling contract, as the landlord is looking to sell in the distant future. This means it would be perfect for anyone between places looking for a shorter a term, more flexible lease.

I have no preferences when it comes to flatmates, apart from someone roughly my age who is tidy, and not noisy. However, I would like someone roughly my age.

The flat comes with everything you'll need including; a double bed in the bedroom with lots of cupboards for storage and a desk for working; a spacious shared bathroom with a shower bath and toilet; a shared open plan kitchen living room, with all kitchen equipment included; two balconies, one walk on, with a breakfast area and one Juliet, both have views over Ducie Street and the historic Rochdale Canal.

The Flat is also a 5 minute walk to Piccadiily Station, ideal for any commute. It's also only a 5-7 minute walk to Piccadilly Gardens for a bus or tram or Northern Quarter and Ancoats for bev.
