Double Room Available - northern quarter

Hi - I’m looking for a housemate as my current one is moving out of the city

We have a spare double room with an en suite available in our flat. With a large open kitchen and balcony. Located in the outskirts of the northern quarter (so it’s not noisy) but on the doorstep of Gooey Cafe, Mackey mayor and Thomas street.

It’s really close to amenities like the Arndale, and walking distance to the Shudehill tram stop.

I enjoy playing badminton, tennis and chilling out watching TV. I work as a doctor so am quite busy and work long hours so you’ll often have the place to yourself!
