Need someone to rent with

I’m looking for a new as I’m in the process of securing this flat.
The flat is going to be on the 9th floor, 2 double bedrooms, with shared living space, a kitchen and a balcony.
The rent will be £1250 in total. Bills should be around £200 for utilities and council tax (council tax band d). There’s parking available for £120, however this optional and there are other options with in an 5 mile radius if you wanted cheaper. The accommodation is 7-10 walk to Market street and Arndale.
About me, I’m currently a full time model but I’m just finishing up my masters in law. I’m into photography, and would be interested in starting back playing volleyball or netball.

On one hand I’m pretty social and would love to hang out/go out, but I also love some me time.

I would prefer a professional and/or someone who can provide a UK based guarantor so we can move on with the process quickly.
would prefer someone who is clean and tidy and is respectful of each others things.

I will need someone ready to move in around December 13th.
