Available room in city center apartment

Hello! My name is Blanca and I'm a PhD student. My programme is about to finish so I'm looking for a new girl to replace me since I'm going back to Mexico. The apartment is located in the City Center, only a block away from Oxford road, supermarkets, bus stops, gyms, etc.

The apartment has a common living room, kitchen, one bathroom and two rooms. You'd be sharing the apartment with my current flatmate (which is a sweetheart btw). All rooms have heaters and there's a small room with the washing machine.

Bills are not included but they are approximately £95 per month per person. It includes electricity, internet, insurance and water.
