Hey, my flatmate is moving out so looking for someone to fill her room from the 15th December.

It is a spacious double room with an modern ensuite and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and 2 beside cabinets.
The shared kitchen and living room area is spacious and there are river views and high ceilings throughout the whole flat. There is also communal areas with free coffee machine and an onsite gym.

Rent is £800pcm (wifi is included)
Deposit £375
Bills normally come to around £200-250pcm

About me
I’m Fawn, i’m 34 and i’m a designer. I work full time mon-fri and I also have a studio space which i go to some evenings and most weekends. I work a lot so when i am home i like having my own space to chill and relax watching tv/films / having a glass of wine.
I like to socialise with friends but normally go to my friends or out for drinks, i don’t tend to be the host very often so you don’t need to worry about noise.

I am clean and tidy and respectful of people’s spaces and would like to live with someone who is similar.
