Double bedroom available Manchester City Centre

We are 2 girls (middle and left) in a 3 bed flat in the city centre of Manchester and our third flatmate is shortly moving back home, so we will have double bedroom available from 1 January sharing the main bathroom with 1 of us

We are both young professionals aged 24-25. We like to keep the shared living space clean and tidy and are both friendly and sociable, love a cosy movie night in and the occasional night out. We are also quite active and enjoy workout classes together and going for walks. We are looking someone with similar interests who would hopefully also become a friend. The monthly rent is £733.33, bills are approx £155 per month and the deposit is equivalent to 5 weeks rent which must be paid upfront along with the first month’s rent
