Room in 2 Bed Flat

I’m looking for someone to replace me in a 2 bed flat in Spinningfields.
It’s a double bedroom with its own big bathroom (bath with shower). The flat also has a large balcony, as well as all appliances eg. dish washer, washer/dryer full sized fridge etc. The building has a 24 hour gym, communal working spaces with tea and coffee, and 24 hour reception all included. There is also parking available for an extra charge. It’s a 10 min walk to the city centre, and super close to transport links with a bus stop just 2 mins away.

You’d be living with my lovely flatmate Emily. She’s really easy to get along with and a very considerate flatmate. She would probably prefer someone who doesn’t WFH all the time.
