Room in Manchester City Centre

The flat is really spacious, and the converted mill red brick walls are a plus and offer some character to the interiors
My current housemate is moving out, and since I like the apartment I am looking for a new housemate in a city centre location

The flat has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms; the available room has the bigger bathroom, and it’s fully furnished as in the pictures

I am an architect working full time, 2 days a week wfh. I like to go to the gym and bouldering, a bit of raving and the odd night out.
Someone from the LGBTQ+ community would be ideal, but is not a requirement

I would prefer someone chill, respectful of each other space and relaxed yet considerate about things like storing space or cleaning the flat

The rent is £600 plus the fees, and this has been already agreed with the letting agent to continue being the rate for the following year
