Double ensuite bedroom in 2 bedroom flat @ NQ

Hiya! My current flatmate is moving abroad soon (date TBC) and we’re starting to look for someone to take over her room. I'll reply to messages over the weekend x.

ABOUT THE FLAT

The room is a double ensuite in a flat on the 5th floor of a residential building in NQ. It’s located two blocks away from Arndale, so a lot of cafés, bars, and gyms are within walking distance. The building has 24/7 security, a concierge team, a terrace and a rooftop. The flat itself has a Juliet balcony and comes furnished. Some of the things are mine, like the coats and shoes unit, but most of the things came with the flat.

Price breakdown:
Rent £698 p/p
Council tax £134 p/p
All bills £75-£85 p/p (we haven’t lived here during winter, so we’re expecting it to increase a little bit in the upcoming months).
Approx total= £915 p/p monthly

We're figuring out how the deposit will work. We are due to renew the contract in February so the rent might increase. Additionally, there is a fee for changing the contract. I believe is £50.

ABOUT ME

I am a Mexican Visual/Experience Designer working from home –I usually work while listening to music (I’m currently obsessed with Griff 🤩). I’m a social and easygoing person but I take my peace at home seriously –by peace, I mean respecting each other’s spaces, food, and cleanliness. In my free time, I like running (like most people in their late twenties lol), doing barre, going out for dinner, and hanging out with friends. I also enjoy staying in baking/cooking, reading or watching a movie. I have a 31 written-by-a-woman male partner who stays over occasionally.

My ideal flatmate is someone who is clean, tidy, respectful, and a good communicator.
