Room available for Dec & Jan

I’m moving out of my flat on 7th of December and my flatmate’s best mate is moving in on 22nd Jan. Looking to rent my room for the gap. Hope this suits someone!

Gorgeous new build with views over Angel Meadow near Northern Quarter. Stones throw from Victoria Station. Double glazed, warm & clean with a double bed.

My flatmate Taisis has the En Suite and I have pretty exclusive use of the main bathroom which is just across from my room and has a bath.

Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware, and very easy to clean.

Taisis is 27, Brasilian, and has been the easiest flatmate I’ve ever lived with. She’s sociable and friendly, but also enjoys to be curled up in her duvet half the time after a long day at work. Not sure how to sell her further without making it sound like a shelter dog ad.
