I’m moving abroad and need someone to take over my lease for a spacious ensuite room in a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in the heart of Deansgate, Manchester. The room will be available from the end of December/start of January (flexible dates can be discussed).

The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a 2-minute walk from Deansgate Train Station and a 5-minute walk from Oxford Road Station, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The room is very spacious and comes with its own private bathroom for added comfort.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and high-speed internet, ensuring a comfortable and convenient living experience.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with a professional flatmate who enjoys a tidy and peaceful home environment.

The rent is £850 per month excluding bills.

We are ideally looking for someone who is either a professional or a postgraduate student, non-smoker, clean, respectful, and easy-going.
