I’m looking for tenants to sign a 1 year contract, starting 1st February 2025. Manchester Life has confirmed the total per monthly rent will be £1,405.

- Includes dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, fridge and freezer.

The flat is unfurnished but we’d be happy to sell our beds, chest of drawers, chairs and other kitchen appliances (microwave, toaster, kettle) with the flat.

- Let by Manchester Life.
- 24 hour concierge.
- Parking available but you will have to join a waiting list.
- Access to gym in building down the road.
- Pets are allowed but deposit will be 5 weeks rent instead of 4.
- Communal lounge.
- Secure bike storage room.

New tenants would need to be referenced by Manchester Life before moving in. This includes a UK, employment reference, a UK landlord reference and an affordability check (the tenant would need to earn 2.5x their share of the rent pre-tax), and a credit check that would also check for any CCJs. If the new tenant does not pass the reference they can use a UK based guarantor.
