Private bathroom double room in central Manchester

My flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend and I'm looking for someone to fill their room. His contract expires on the 2nd of Feb 2025 but he wants to move out as soon as possible.

Double room, private bathroom, shared kitchen with large balcony, really nice property that I'd recommend viewing.

2 minute walk to ALDI and pure gym, 5 minute walk to picadilly station, easy access to Northern Quarter and Ancoats. Discount at Diecast.

I'm currently working in Bredbury so ideally looking for somebody who doesn't need a car parking space.

Genuinely a great spot that I'd recommend to anyone. Just looking to fill the room with somebody like minded, laid back and nice. Lived here for a year and had no issues.

I'm pretty quiet, like watching movies, sports, playing video and board games and going to the pub.

Internet is included, council tax is about £45 each per month, water about £20 and electricity fluctuates but averages around £70 per month. Overall it will be £900 for rent and bills.
